So today I ran (jogged) for the first time since turning the WHOPPING 4 - 0 and you know what? I kicked butt!!
I ran (jogged 5.0 mph) for 30 minutes - I think it was around 2.5 miles... then I walked a bit. I bumped it up to 5.0 mph and finished it out. All total -
wait for it...
3 miles in THIRTY-EIGHT minutes.
I lost a couple of pounds since last month - but still not down to my July 1 weight. And you know what?? I am just fine. I eat what I want, when I want and exercise to maintain, I guess??

Holy cow! You are amazing! I was going to run this morning...and then ended up sleeping in. Sigh.

My question today:
Do I run - seriously I feel so dorky saying "run" when it's BARELY a speed walk with a bounce, anywho - Do I run all out every time?? Like today - I wasn't really feeling it, so I ran a mile and biked three. Do people who run marathons really run marathons every time they run? I don't know. Anyone have any ideas??
