I lost 1 pound this week and I am grateful!!
I wonder if having one 'free day' per week is what is stalling my progress? I usually have Monday as my free day - so I weigh in and party the rest of the day. Whether I lose or gain. I'm going to skip the free day this week and see what happens?? Maybe I gain 3 pounds that one day and take the rest of the week to lose it?!?!?! Insane.
One more pound and I'll hit the 20 pound mark... finally!!!!

That's fantastic! Every time you post, I swear you state a behavior that I do as well. Like not caring what I eat after weighing in, and getting on the scale every day, and so on. It's like we're the same person. Only you are much better at recognizing patterns that sabatoge my efforts. You're so wise. Good luck this week. You're doing great!
