Man, we've all got to come up with a new game plan this month! I can't remember the last time I ate a meal that didn't involve dessert of some form (that includes breakfast and lunch!).
Okay, I've had it with being discouraged. I'm seriously tired of not losing. I just got finished with 40 minutes of Dance Dance Revolution, and I didn't even break a sweat. But my hip and leg are killing me, nonetheless. You are ALL in better condition than me, and I find you very inspiring. How can you not know how great you are? Sheral, every time Shelby sees you, she calls to tell me how great you look. You are getting so fit and healthy! And you have made such great habits. Not temporary dieting habits, but long-term lifestyle habits. I am so proud of you! April is going to be a new beginning for me. I am recommitting to this journey. I know I am getting old, but I'm too young to be falling apart. I can do it. You can, too. You are fantastic. I think we just need to find some fun ways to complete this journey. I am grateful for warmer weather so I can get into walking outside again. I feel bad because Tori eats so healthy all the time, and then she comes home for a week and I totally wreck her good habits. Ahhhhh! I need to let go of the frustration and get excited again.
You're so sweet!! Shelby HAS to think I look great - we're KIN!! LOL!! It makes me crazy to work hard and sacrifice without result. I guess I needed to hear that "result" may not always show on the scale. "Result" could mean extra years of life or fitting into smaller jeans. I am obsessed with what I weigh... and I'll weigh myself every stinking day. (Sometimes more than once.) I guess I need to realign my attitude - and focus on how far I've come. Thanks!! I'll recommit as well!! (After Easter - the BEST candy is out at Easter!!)
