The only thing keeping me from downing a giant bag of Cheetos is I read somewhere, probably somewhere inspiring - Like Pinterest, that "It takes 4 weeks for your body to change. It takes 8 weeks for you, yourself to see change. And, it takes 12 weeks for everyone else to see it."
Here's to another ornery week of change.
Do not be discouraged!!!! I've been reading today that slow and steady weight loss is the kind that stays off. If we lost a pound a week for the next five months, we'd be down over 20 pounds. We'd be thrilled. You are doing great things and I am proud of you!

DeleteDude, YES. A pound in a week is a huge deal. There are like... 52 weeks in a year, I think (it's going to be so embarrassing if I'm wrong. But. Eh) and if you only lost a pound a week the whole year, THAT'S STILL OVER FIFTY POUNDS! You are wonderful. :)
